Vice President for Real Estate Operations Metro Manila Philippines
A developing real estate group is seeking for a highly experience Vice President for Real Estate Operations with deep expertise in PAG - IBIG fund housing programs particularly in socialized and economic housing development. The executive will lead the end-to-end project execution - from land acquisition approvals development construction compliance sales coordination and turnover; ensuring projects are delivered on time on budget and aligned with government regulations and financing frameworks.
Qualifications
Licensed Civil Engineer Architect or related field. Prefers with MBA or Advanced Management Training
Fifteen (15) years of progressive working experience in real estate development managing multiple large -scale projects
Expertise in project management construction and operations
Extensive background in PAG-IBIG socialize and economic housing including financing process and requirements
Experience with horizontal developments and/or MRB developments
Strong knowledge of housing regulations and compliance
Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to be based in Quezon City and travel to site/s
