Customer Service Representative Elkhart IN
This opening at our clients small but highly successful business is designed as a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. With a diverse product line and a collaborative team environment this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to apply their customer service skills in a new industry or business setting.
In this role you will serve as a key point of contact for customers while working closely with internal sales and shipping teams to ensure a smooth order process and positive customer experience.
Job Duties:
- Confirming received customer orders and entering them into the system via phone and/or email
- Taking incoming phone calls and handling inquiries or transferring appropriately
- Resolving customer questions or concerns in a professional manner
- Working closely with sales and shipping teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation within the system

Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus
