Your Role:

As a Branch/Yard Assistant you will be an integral part of our team ensuring smooth operations and excellent service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurate Order Processing: Picking and processing customer orders with precision.
• Efficient Loading and Unloading: Using a forklift truck to load and unload vehicles safely.
• Customer Service: Providing customers with product and service information and serving on the trade counter when needed.
• Yard Maintenance: Keeping our yard safe organized and professional-looking.

Qualifications :

Required:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Literacy & Numeracy
• An understanding of Health & Safety in a work environment
• Basic knowledge of computers

Desirable:

• Warehouse/yard experience
• Forklift truck licence
