Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated enthusiastic person to support our Area Leadership Team.

Everyone starting in a new role will be welcomed into the team and given all the training and support needed. As part of your comprehensive induction you will be provided with all the equipmentrequiredfor your role.

Our work is varied; no two days are the to be well organised able to work flexibly and have excellent communication and interpersonal the ability tomanage your own workloads to prioritise competing that the successful candidate willundertakeinclude:

  • diary and email management
  • tracking ofactions
  • preparing meetings both in person and virtual formats
  • hotel and travel arrangements
  • key system and process administration
  • handlingenquiries and requests

We are looking for a practical and self-motivated individual who is confident working unsupervised but equally happy working as part of team.

While some time working in one of our offices will berequired we offer a hybrid working environment.

Responding to incidents is a central part of what we do. You will be asked to have an incident role and make yourself available to respond to incidents or provide business continuity support during an incident. This may attract anadditionalpayment and full training will be available to support you with your incident role.
