技能Skills

岗位技能有较完备的专业知识具备独立分析问题动手解决问题的能力或独立操作设备分析问题的能力能读/看懂设备机械电气图纸掌握良好的机电维修理论及具有较好的设备保养大修经验具有较好的设备改善性维修安装调试经验需要具有高压进网作业证维修电工证如有钳工证焊工证者等优先考虑以及有制药设备维修经验者公用设备维修经验者或本地人优先考虑

沟通能力有较好的团队合作精神以及一定的沟通协调能力和表达能力和同事交流/向上级汇报工作时能做到没有沟通障碍

持续改进识别并报告工作中的错误及隐患并能提出与本专业相关的有效解决方法

知识分享能与同事交流分享自己的经验/技巧以及遇到的问题

团队合作对部门/小组的人员和各职位的工作内容有清晰的认识能很好的和同事协同工作具备团队意识及相互帮助的精神

维修工作

日常值班维修和应急维修包括机械和电气设备部件对工厂所有设备的机械和电气部件进行有效地维护保养和维修保证生产设备/公用设备的连续正常运行同时认真做好交接班值班记录使领导和同事能准确掌握事实经过

相关的工作职责分配如下

设备的机械和电气方面日常维修---40%

设备的日常巡视保养和大修----25%

参与设备改善性维修---20%

值班维修的沟通协调值班巡视和值班记录包括高低压配电系统和配电房的巡视值班---5%

参与设备项目的调研安装调试验证以及承包商监护---5%

做好日常EHS/GMP/5S工作---5%

大修和预防性维修:

参加年度大检修工作完成年度PM保养计划

项目配合

配合项目改造中的监护管理工作对可靠性工程师/电气/机械工程师在项目实施过程中提供必要的配合工作

GMP工作:

遵守工厂GMP规则认真执行GMP相关

遵守公司有关EHS的政策和规定并完成EHS相关工作

确保行为符合国家法律法规政策的要求
