We are looking for a Catalogue & eCommerce Search Optimization Specialist to play a key role in improving product discoverability and driving online sales growth.
In this strategic role you will directly contribute to delivering a seamless intuitive and high-performing customer experience by optimizing both product data quality and search engine effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze search behavior queries and user feedback to optimize search engine performance.
- Improve result relevance (algorithms product ranking filters and facets).
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement advanced features (autocomplete synonyms typo tolerance etc.).
- Enhance the quality consistency and completeness of product data (attributes descriptions categorization).
- Establish and maintain data governance practices to ensure catalogue integrity.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) measure the impact of optimizations and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications :
We are seeking an analytical collaborative and results-driven professional with:
- A relevant university or college degree along with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing eCommerce or eCommerce optimization.
- Experience with a PIM (Product Information Management) system.
- Knowledge of Adobe products (an asset).
- Experience in a multi-site retail environment with an eBusiness platform (an asset).
- Excellent proficiency in both French and English spoken and this role you will regularly collaborate with internal partners across Canada.
