Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive professional to support procurement operations by managing supplier relationships executing purchasing processes analyzing data and negotiating with vendors. This role plays a key part in ensuring a reliable and cost-effective supply of materials and services while supporting operational efficiency and business growth.

Qualifications & Key Skills

35 years of experience in Purchasing / Procurement with solid exposure to sourcing and supplier management.
Bilingual in English with the ability to apply best practices in strategic sourcing and purchasing.
Proven negotiation skills for commercial agreements pricing and supplier contracts.
Strategic and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge of the local market and supplier landscape to support market development initiatives.
Ability to manage short- mid- and long-term objectives prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated experience in process improvement cost optimization and savings initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the supplier lifecycle including sourcing evaluation performance monitoring and supplier development.
Execute end-to-end purchasing processes ensuring accuracy in procurement records and systems.
Monitor supplier performance service levels and compliance to maintain high operational standards.
Conduct price analysis and supplier negotiations to achieve cost savings and best value.
Analyze purchasing data and support initiatives to optimize costs and improve procurement efficiency.
Manage procurement requests for raw materials indirect materials services and subcontracting.
Maintain accurate procurement documentation contracts and supplier records.
Support inventory monitoring and materials planning to ensure operational continuity.
Collaborate with internal teams and global strategy partners to align procurement activities with business objectives.
Identify risks resolve procurement issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
