A well-established law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its Uniondale NY office. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated and high-stakes litigation matters involving complex fraud investigations and commercial disputes. Attorneys in this practice gain meaningful courtroom exposure and hands-on experience while working alongside a collaborative and experienced litigation team.

Responsibilities

Handle complex litigation matters in state and federal courts
Conduct investigations related to insurance and fraud claims
Draft pleadings motions briefs and discovery
Participate in depositions hearings and court appearances
Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy
Manage case files and litigation deadlines

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school
Admission to the New York Bar
Minimum of 1 year of complex litigation experience
Strong legal research writing and analytical skills
Insurance fraud or healthcare fraud experience is a plus
Ability to manage demanding litigation matters in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $120000 $150000 (based on experience)
Comprehensive benefits package including medical dental life insurance 401(k) and paid time off
Hybrid schedule (3 days in office 2 remote)
