Duties
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times.
- Maintain proper food storage and rotation using FIFO (First In First Out) practices.
- Complete assigned opening running and closing kitchen duties.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean organized and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
- Follow portion control guidelines to ensure consistency and minimize waste.
- Assist with receiving stocking and storing food deliveries as needed.
- Monitor food quality and report any shortages spoilage or equipment issues to management.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service team members to ensure timely food preparation.
- Adhere to all company policies procedures and health department regulations.

Qualifications :
- High school diploma or general education degree GED.
- The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Follow instructions without close supervision.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Required to pass a background screen drug test and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
