The European Union Emissions Trading System is the EUs primary tool for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and our Carbon Compliance team is right at the heart of it.

About the role

Were looking for a driven sales professional to join our Carbon Compliance desk. Your job is to build and grow our client base by proactively reaching out to companies that need to navigate the EU ETS and turning those conversations into long-term relationships. Youll work closely with our traders combining their market expertise with your communication skills to create real value for clients across Europe.

What youll be doing

Proactively acquiring new clients through outbound calling
Building and maintaining relationships with (potential) clients in French-speaking or Scandinavian markets
Supporting the traders at the Carbon Compliance desk with client outreach and follow-up
Contributing directly to the growth of the EU ETS team

What were looking for

Fluent in English and French or a Scandinavian language (Swedish Norwegian or Danish); this is a hard requirement
MBO HBO or Bachelors degree
Eager energetic and proactive by nature
Persistent and determined; you dont stop after the first no
Independent yet a strong team player
