Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop large call centre sales teams within a high-volume environment
- Manage and support Team Leaders and Sales Agents to achieve daily and monthly targets
- Drive sales performance revenue growth and conversion metrics
- Monitor call volumes productivity and operational sales performance
- Coach and mentor leaders and agents to continuously improve performance
- Maintain strong sales processes accountability and performance structures across teams
- Analyse performance data and implement strategies to improve conversion and productivity
- Work closely with Operations Workforce Management Training and HR to optimise performance
- Foster a high-performance results-driven sales culture
Experience & Requirements
- 810 years of sales experience preferably within a call centre or contact centre environment
- 5 years managing large sales teams in a high-volume contact centre environment
- Proven experience managing Team Leaders and large groups of sales agents
- Strong understanding of sales metrics conversion rates productivity tracking and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in fast-paced target-driven environments
