Our newly opened Romford branch is looking for an ambitious Sales and/or Lettings Manager to join us on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow a brand-new office with all the support and resources of a well-established name.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Leading the charge: Driving sales and lettings activity to establish the Romford branch as a market leader.
- Client focus: Delivering outstanding service to landlords vendors buyers and tenants.
- Business development: Identifying new opportunities networking and fostering strong community relationships to grow the branch.
What Were Looking For:
- A proven track record in estate agency with a focus on sales lettings or both.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial approach to growing a business.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the Romford market
