We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role will be supporting our Engineering and Service teams in Canada USA and globally. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment processes working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global hiring practices excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for technical positions and is comfortable working across time zones to support hiring needs in Canada and the U.S.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for Engineering and Service positions based in Canada USA and globally.
- Maintain job board postings screening applicants and hiring potential candidates
- Advertise & brand of our vacancies in external job boards
- Source candidates through job boards professional networks referrals and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate records and track recruitment activity in the applicant tracking system
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles
- Work closely with HR and hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities
- Ensure positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with recruitment reporting and talent pipeline development
- Assist in full-cycle Internship recruitment post positions interview schedule interviews for hiring managers and extend offer
- Conducting job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Updating applicant database recruitment trackers and generate reports
Must Haves:- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- 5 years of recruitment experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM
- Experience supporting recruitment for North American markets (Canada and/or the United States) is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to be able to effectively communicate to candidates in the North American market
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different time zones.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles.
