Location: Dubbo
As part of our Dubbo team you will be responsible for leading motivating and mentoring a team of dedicated youth support workers within a therapeutic residential setting. Youll play akey role in supporting Young People to develop independent living skills engage in education and remain positively connected to their team of Care Workers Families and broader community connections.
The Young People we care for have experienced backgrounds of trauma abuse and/or neglect. You will work in partnership with a Therapeutic Specialist and Case Manager to lead the implementation of the CARE model and ensure a safe homelike environment for the Young People in our care.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday with one administration day allocated. There will be a requirement to participate in an on-call roster once a month covering one week at a time.
