Job Overview
XPECT Solutions is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead enterpriselevel technology initiatives and ensure the successful execution of all contract requirements. The IT Project Manager is responsible for the successful development implementation schedule and cost performance of the majorprogram or multiple programs through subordinate program/project managers (non-tech) in accordancewith the clients requirements and policies procedures and guidelines. The IT Project Manager will serve as the official point of contact with Government representatives.
Core Responsibilities
- Manageone or more projects or programs may manage an operating office and supervisesprofessional and technical personnel performing in their customary disciplines
- Trainand supervisepersonnel
- Responsible for all phases of the program budget
- Performanalysis for call order reviews with various software
- DevelopQuality Assurance Programs for all products and services
- Assignstaff and provide technical direction as necessary to complete task
- Act as Hiring Manager for the program
- Monitorcall order subcontract and funding; prepares forecasts of program financialperformance
- Developand delivers required call order departmental project and/or financial reports
- Assessrisk identify business threats and evaluate system or network security programs tocreate a security operations strategy while reducing risks to systems and data
- Utilizethe NIST Risk Management Framework model to assist and manage informationsecurity incidents to minimize risk to systems and data
- Developand maintaincollaborative relationships with various government teams to conductcyber security operations across various branches of government
- Createstandard operating procedures in partnerships with government personnel to enhancesecurity operations improve response capabilities and to meet compliance requirements
- Workwith various government departments in deploying best security practices as results ofplanned cybersecurity assessments on systems and data
- Active Top-Secret Clearance
- 10 years of relevant experience providing project management support for enterprise level IT projects
- Aproject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Experience leading ITteams in large enterprise environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with NIST Risk Managment Framework
- Experiencedevelopingsecurity SOPs with government personnel to enhance operations strengthen response capabilities and meet compliance obligations.
Preferred Additional Skills and Qualifications
- Abachelors degree (or higher) in computer science business management or IT-related discipline
- One or more of the following certifications
- Certified ScrumMaster(CSM)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- SAFe(Scaled Agile Framework)
