Position Title: Payroll Coordinator

Pay Rate: $30/hr $38/hr (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Weekly Hours: 40 Hours
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to support payroll operations and serve as the primary point of contact between employees and the payroll team. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service assisting staff with payroll-related inquiries and ensuring payroll data is processed accurately. The Payroll Coordinator will also support HR and payroll teams by troubleshooting system issues maintaining documentation and assisting with special projects as needed.
Payroll & Timesheet Management
Prepare review and reconcile timesheets and payroll data for accuracy.
Utilize payroll and timekeeping systems to process payroll documentation and maintain records.
Ensure payroll processes comply with established policies and procedures.
Employee Support
Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related employee inquiries.
Assist employees with enterprise self-service (ESS) and payroll system navigation.
Work with payroll and HR teams to resolve and escalate complex payroll issues when necessary.
System & Process Support
Troubleshoot payroll and timekeeping issues using enterprise systems reports and internal tools.
Maintain accurate payroll documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Support process improvements and assist with special payroll-related projects.
Cross-Functional Support
Provide backup support for payroll service operations when needed.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on payroll procedures policies and system updates.
Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience & Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing timesheet preparation or payroll reconciliation
Experience working with payroll or timekeeping systems
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
