We are currently looking for Native Slovenian speakers with B2 English to join a Customer Support team in Sofia Bulgaria.

Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone email and chat
Assist Slovenian-speaking customers with inquiries and issues
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Accurately document interactions in internal systems
Follow company service standards and procedures
Requirements
Native Slovenian (C1C2)
English B2 minimum
Strong communication skills
Basic computer literacy
Documents Accepted
EU Citizenship
Residency card (valid for more than 1 year)
Refugee card

EUR1900 gross per month (x12 months)
