Job Summary

Senior Contracts Manager (Marine-Based Project)

Doha Qatar
Start date: Immediate (Immediate Joiner Required)

We are urgently seeking a Senior Contracts Manager for a marine-based project in Qatar on behalf of our client a leading international engineering consultancy.

Education

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Postgraduate qualification in Contract/Construction Management (preferred)

Key Requirements

15 years of experience in contracts management with at least 5 years in a senior role
Proven experience in marine/offshore or infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract frameworks
GCC/Qatar market experience is a strong advantage
Pre- and post-award contract administration expertise
Claims management & dispute resolution experience

Risk identification & mitigation
Subcontractor management
Stakeholder & client-facing communication

Certifications (Preferred)

RICS CICES CIOB membership
PMP or equivalent
