Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator you will evaluate user-generated material including text images and videos to ensure it complies with company policies community guidelines and applicable regulations. Your ability to think critically apply fair judgment and understand cultural context will help safeguard platform integrity and enhance user safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Evaluation: Review user-generated content to verify compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards
Objective Moderation: Apply policies consistently and make balanced moderation decisions
Community Protection: Support the creation of a safe respectful and inclusive digital environment
Policy Application: Follow established procedures and adapt to updates in moderation policies
Case Escalation: Identify complex or sensitive cases and escalate them through the appropriate channels

Requirements:

Language Skills: Proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
Experience: 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
Skills: Strong critical thinking communication and decision-making abilities.
