Job Summary

Hey! Were Filip Bricklayer a family-like team thats been creating and maintaining outdoor spaces for years: gardens grounds public areas and commercial sites. Were growing and looking for a passionate landscaper to join.

What youll be up to:

Designing building and maintaining gardens green areas and outdoor spaces for homes businesses apartments and public projects
Carrying out groundworks: digging levelling moving soil installing drainage adding topsoil
Planting transplanting pruning trees shrubs perennials hedges and laying turf
Installing paving (patios paths driveways) borders ponds fences pergolas and garden lighting
Seeding or rolling lawns installing irrigation systems
Mowing scarifying fertilising weeding and leaf clearing
Working from garden designs drawings and project leader instructions
Using machines like mini-crane plate compactor mower hedge trimmer strimmer
Keeping the site safe tidy and organised
Teaming up with groundworkers pavers carpenters and the crew

What were looking for:

At least 12 years landscaping or gardening experience (design build and maintenance)
Knowledge of plants paving and outdoor materials
You have (or are willing to get) VCA certification
Driving licence B (BE or tractor licence is a plus)
Flexible with different sites nationwide
Decent English (Dutch advantage)
Youre physically fit detail-oriented love green work take responsibility seriously and appreciate some freedom in your day
