Description

Role Purpose

As a Planning Leader you will lead the production planning team at the site ensuring effective scheduling to meet customer demand while balancing material and resource constraints and inventory targets. You will also play a key role in the monthly SIOP process data preparation and supervising MPS and detailed production planning.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning: Develop daily and weekly production plans including resource allocation monitoring and reporting.
Operations Management: Provide operational support and supervise transactional operations areas.
Continuous Improvement: Review existing processes and generate ideas for efficiency improvements.
Performance Management: Monitor team performance allocate tasks and ensure quality and timeliness.
Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate meetings actions and events to strengthen collaboration.
Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with HSE policies and promote safe working practices.
Leadership & Direction: Motivate and guide the team aligning local action plans with organizational strategy.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and create effective reports.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Logistics or related field.
36 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in ERP systems production planning and resource optimization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
