German-Speaking Customer Support Representative Porto Portugal

We are currently supporting a global customer experience provider in their search for German-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join their team in Porto.

Responsibilities

Assist German-speaking customers with inquiries and support requests
Deliver service through phone email and chat channels
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions

Requirements

German C2 level
English B2 level
EU passport or Portuguese work authorization
Excellent communication skills
Customer-focused attitude
Willingness to relocate to Porto as soon as possible
