Key Responsibilities

Provide professional support to customers via phone email and messaging channels.

Assist customers with booking requests including new reservations modifications and cancellations.

Resolve payment-related inquiries refunds and billing concerns.

Address customer complaints and provide timely and effective solutions.

Support account-related questions and assist with platform navigation.

Handle review-related inquiries and provide guidance on feedback processes.

Maintain clear and accurate written communication with customers and internal teams.

Manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously while ensuring high service quality.

Follow operational guidelines and maintain performance standards.
Requirements

Native or C1 level German language proficiency.

B2 English proficiency for internal communication and training.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good computer literacy including Windows basics and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts including occasional weekends and holidays.

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is considered an advantage but not mandatory.
