Instagram & ManyChat Automation Specialist (Project-Based)
Job Overview
We are looking for a ManyChat & Instagram Automation Specialist to support a project focused on building and optimizing automated lead capture and engagement flows for Instagram.
This role will be responsible for designing and implementing ManyChat automation systems CRM integrations and funnel-based messaging flows that convert inbound social media interactions into qualified leads.
The ideal candidate has experience with ManyChat flow building Instagram automation triggers CRM integrations and workflow automation tools like Zapier and is comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
This is a project-based role with potential for ongoing collaboration depending on performance and project needs.
Key Responsibilities

Build and optimize ManyChat automation flows for Instagram lead generation and engagement

Configure Instagram automation triggers (comments DMs keyword triggers etc.)

Design lead capture funnels and automated messaging sequences

Implement CRM integrations and tagging/segmentation systems

Connect automation tools using Zapier or similar workflow automation platforms

Create and maintain lead qualification and routing workflows

Collaborate with the marketing team to improve conversion flows and automation performance

Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT or similar) to assist with workflow optimization documentation and system improvements

Document automation structures and processes for internal use
Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with ManyChat Flow Builder

Experience building Instagram DM automation and trigger-based workflows

Knowledge of funnels and lead capture automation

Experience with CRM integrations and tagging/segmentation systems

Familiarity with Zapier or similar automation tools

Ability to build and troubleshoot end-to-end automation workflows

Strong attention to detail and logical workflow thinking
Nice to Have

Experience working with GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems

Experience optimizing marketing automation funnels

Familiarity with analytics and automation performance tracking
Requirements

B2 English communication skills

Ability to work with some overlap with PST hours

Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency

Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
Compensation
-
$4 $7 USD per hour
