Job Summary

Our client is a leading construction and infrastructure group delivering complex projects across Saudi Arabia including government-led and giga-scale developments. The organization is strengthening its commercial discipline and strategic planning capabilities.

The Role

The Executive Director will lead commercial strategy pricing models and portfolio-level margin management across major projects. This role will support bid strategy contract structuring and long-term client frameworks. A key responsibility will be enhancing commercial governance and improving predictability of project outcomes. The Director will work closely with project directors finance and legal teams to manage risk and opportunity. This role will also support executive leadership with market intelligence and strategic positioning. The position carries high visibility with shareholders and public-sector stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have senior commercial leadership experience within construction infrastructure or engineering environments. Strong expertise in contracts claims and commercial risk is essential. Experience working on large-scale Saudi projects is highly preferred. The candidate must demonstrate strategic thinking negotiation strength and leadership maturity. Chartered or professionally qualified candidates are strongly favoured. The ability to operate in complex stakeholder-heavy environments is critical.
