Job Summary
- Develop and align leasing department with Malls business plan as well as monitor the execution against budget in order to achieve the Company objectives
- Lead & manage leasing team and brokers to reach maximum occupancy percentage and achieve rental rate within the agreed timeframe.
- Review & approve lease packages merchandise & tenant mix financial information and conduct necessary lease analysis in order to enhance mall performance
- Develop the leasing business plans for all malls (Prospects list Depth of tenancy Positioning Major retailers identification Customer expectations unique selling proposition and Lease rates) to maximize revenues and enhance the value of the properties
- Develop and maintain a long term relationship with all retailers
- Develop and review leasing policies & procedures criteria for selecting tenants
