Job Overview
We are seeking a Procurement & Admin Officer with experience in logistics coordination tax documentation and regulatory compliance in Cambodia. The role will support purchasing operations coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners and ensure all procurement and shipment documentation comply with Cambodian tax and regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities
Procurement
- Source suppliers and request quotations for goods and services
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules
- Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation
- Monitor pricing delivery timelines and supplier performance
Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with logistics providers customs brokers and suppliers
- Track shipments and delivery schedules
- Ensure proper documentation for import/export when applicable
- Support warehouse or delivery coordination when required
Tax & Compliance
- Ensure supplier invoices comply with Cambodian tax requirements (TIN VAT proper documentation)
- Coordinate with the finance team on VAT documentation and tax compliance
- Maintain proper records for audit and tax reporting purposes
- Ensure procurement documentation complies with company policies and Cambodian regulations
Administrative Support
- Maintain procurement files and administrative records
- Assist with document preparation contracts and supplier agreements
- Support operational and compliance-related administrative tasks
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 23 years of experience in procurement logistics or supply chain administration
- Basic understanding of Cambodian tax documentation and compliance requirements
- Experience handling supplier invoices and procurement documentation
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office systems
- Basic English communication skills required
- Experience working with logistics companies import/export or supply chain operations
- Familiarity with tax invoices and documentation required for accounting and VAT compliance
