Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and proactive IT Officer to support and maintain the companys IT infrastructure across multiple locations including office factory warehouse and restaurant outlets. The role involves managing hardware networks security systems and providing technical support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Main Responsibilities:

Maintain and troubleshoot laptops printers routers switches network connections and other IT systems.
Install configure and maintain CCTV cameras NVRs and related security equipment.
Manage email accounts user access and shared drives.
Provide technical support for POS systems and related hardware across F&B outlets.
Handle IT troubleshooting and technical support for office factory warehouse and restaurant locations.
Maintain system backups apply basic cybersecurity practices and manage IT equipment inventory.
Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs maintenance services and system upgrades.
Ensure IT systems operate efficiently and minimize downtime.

Main Requirements:

Strong knowledge of networking hardware troubleshooting and CCTV systems.
Hands-on experience in IT support; POS system support experience is a strong advantage.
Good communication skills with a strong service mindset.
Ability to travel to outlets and factory locations when required.
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
