Senior Technical Leader, Water

• Conducts Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities in reviewing project reports design drawings and specifications.
• Conducts Design Conceptual Reviews for complex projects.
• Provides technical guidance and recommendations to client in support of Project Managers and Project Principals.
• Contributes to pursuit efforts including proposals and statements of qualifications.
• Maintains key client relationships with personnel at a decision-making level and takes on the role of client manager.
• Reviews recommends and facilitates the growth of the internal technical capabilities for multiple different disciplines centered around the civil engineering industry.
• Provides consultation and solutions to leadership in companys technical capabilities.
• Maintains relationships with industry experts and manufacturers to stay up on current industry technologies trends and specification requirements.
• Maintains familiarity with current AWWA ASCE and ASTM design standards manuals details and specifications.
• Understands the business goals and project financial performance.
• May assume responsibility as Principal-in-Charge of projects or Client Manager.
• Mentor staff to execute final detailed design and project closeout.
• Exceptional leadership inspiring multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintains memberships in technical committees or professional practice organizations.

• Bachelors or masters degree in engineering (civil mechanical electrical preferred) from an accredited college or university.
• Professional Engineering license required (PE).
• 15 years of experience with water projects.
• Time management and organization skills with the ability to be involved with multiple different design teams and concurrent projects at various design projects required.
