About the Opportunity
A leading specialty and emergency veterinary hospital in South Florida is seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and help guide the continued growth of its multidisciplinary specialty team.
This role is ideal for a board-certified specialist or experienced emergency veterinarian interested in combining clinical work with hospital leadership. The Medical Director will play a key role in mentoring veterinary teams maintaining high medical standards and supporting the hospitals long-term development.

The Role
The Medical Director will:

Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the hospital

Mentor specialists emergency clinicians and medical teams

Support team development and hospital growth initiatives

Experience & Skills Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree

Eligible for or currently holding a Florida veterinary license in good standing prior to start date

DEA license or eligibility to obtain one
