A leading multi-specialty and emergency veterinary hospital in the Miami area is seeking a Specialty Medical Director to lead and support a collaborative team of specialists and emergency clinicians.

This role is ideal for a board-certified veterinary specialist who is interested in combining clinical practice with leadership responsibilities. The Medical Director will play a key role in guiding medical standards mentoring veterinary teams and helping shape the hospitals continued growth and development.

Internal Medicine

The hospital manages a high caseload of emergency and referral cases and is equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities including:

CT imaging

The Role

The Medical Director will:

Experience & Skills Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree
Board-Certified Veterinary Specialist
Eligible for or currently holding a Florida veterinary license in good standing prior to start date
DEA license or eligibility to obtain one
