Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $18.25/hr.

Overtime Pay: $27.38/hr. (after 40 hrs./week)

Paid Time Off (PTO): 4% of hourly earnings redeemable anytime in ADP as Cash

Key Responsibilities:

Assist drivers with the safe handling and delivery of heavy/bulky items (50-300 lbs. with team lift)

Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles

Use handheld technology for routing and delivery updates

Deliver packages with care professionalism and excellent customer service

Support teammates with rescues and extra deliveries when needed

Requirements:

Age: 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Ability to lift and move heavy packages with a team (50-70lbs frequently up to 300 lbs. with partner)

Reliable energetic and customer-focused

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

Must pass a standard pre-employment drug screen

Breaks: 2 paid 15-minute breaks 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break per shift

Hiring Timeline: Typically 1-2 weeks to complete

A Day in the Life

Your shift starts at the station where youll help load the truck then spend the day teaming up with a driver to deliver oversized items. Youll lift carry and deliver packages while using handheld devices to track progress. Its active work that keeps you moving all day.
