Capture market share through Baylor partnerships local business networking community events and grassroots marketing.
Expand into additional Central Texas territories as performance milestones are achieved
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Leadership: Recruit train and lead a results-driven team focused on culture retention and operational excellence.
Financial Ownership: Own studio performance including budgets KPIs pricing strategy and profitability.
Growth & Market Development: Build relationships across your market from university alumni networks to local employers and community organizations.
Brand Stewardship: Deliver a consistent high-energy community-first experience that reflects STRIDE Fitnesss standards.
Multi-Unit Vision: Operate with expansion in mind as your market grows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep knowledge of your local community and a strong local network
5 years of leadership experience in sales operations finance management or multi-unit environments
Proven ability to build teams and drive measurable performance
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets or P&L
Entrepreneurial mindset with disciplined execution
Intention to launch within 3 to 6 months
Financial capacity to invest ($200000 minimum liquid capital & $500000 minimum net worth)
