This is an opportunity to build a scalable multi-unit asset in one of the most active and fastest-growing markets in the Pacific Northwest.
You would operate as the CEO of STRIDE Fitness Boise driving culture revenue and expansion while following a playbook built for results with an experienced corporate team there to support you every step of the way.
Role Overview
- Launch and lead the first STRIDE Fitness studio in Boise ID with full P&L responsibility
- Build and develop a high-performance team that delivers an exceptional member experience
- Establish STRIDE Fitness as the premier destination for interval training and recovery in the Boise market
- Capture market share through local partnerships corporate wellness relationships outdoor fitness communities and grassroots marketing
- Expand into additional Boise metro territories as performance milestones are achieved
