Entry Level / Trainee Program

46 weeks of paid on-the-road training with an experienced mentor
Full pay during training weeks
$300 orientation bonus on first solo paycheck
Hands-on guidance on Western regional dry van operations
Requirements: CDL-A license age 21 120 hours from accredited CDL school clean work history

Experienced Drivers

Average weekly pay: $1300$1500
Top 25% earn up to $1700 per week
Up to $0.08 CPM performance bonus
Home every two weeks
Steady regional routes with 100% no-touch freight

Driver Requirements

Class A CDL
Age 21 or older

During training mentors provide hands-on instruction on safe driving trip planning and freight handling. By the end of the program drivers are fully prepared to run solo regional routes with confidence.
