Travel Consultant (Remote / Flexible)

Job Overview:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Travel Consultants to join our growing this role you will assist clients in planning and booking travel experiences including flights hotels cruises tours and vacation packages. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people has strong communication skills and is passionate about travel and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel needs preferences and budget
Research and recommend travel destinations accommodations and experiences
Book travel arrangements including flights hotels cruises transportation and tours
Provide clients with itineraries travel tips and required documentation information
Maintain communication with clients before during and after their trips
Stay up to date on travel deals destinations and industry updates
Manage reservations and client information within the companys booking systems
Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Customer service or sales experience preferred
Basic computer and internet skills
Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences
Previous travel industry experience is a plus but not required
