Role description:

Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. Youll benefit from training and development mentoring and assistance foraccreditations relevant to your programme as well as the support and guidanceyou need to develop and succeed. As a GROW graduate you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to assist you in gaining the skills you require to succeed.

As a specialist and science graduate joining GROW you will specialise from day one in your chosen discipline. Working in teams of consultants youll be responsible for your own deliverables liaising with clients and given every opportunity to build your skillsets and technical expertise. Youll work on a range of environmental and planning projects which may include major infrastructure urban regeneration and community focussed projects that will expose you to a variety of challenges and technical specialists.

Role accountabilities:

Air Quality - The Air Quality team undertake a range of air quality assessments across multiple sectors including Highways and Rail Energy Industrial and supporting regeneration/Master planning/ mixed use projects. A key part of your role will be supporting the delivery of assessments including undertaking site work to install and collect air quality monitoring equipment interrogate air quality monitoring data and undertake air quality modelling using a range of predictive models.

Accepted degrees: MSc/BSc in Environmental Science Environmental Management or Air Pollution/Climate type degrees

Qualifications & Experience:

  • You will be graduating in 2026 or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant masters or bachelors degree
  • You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience Creativity Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player
  • You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel and stay away from homewhen required (where possible we embrace virtual working)
  • Hold a full driving licence which allows you to drive in the UK
  • Comfortable with Site based working when required for projects
