Job Summary

Summary

Provides administrativeassistance to the Human Resources Department and performs a variety of taskssuch as maintaining records processing paperwork data entry scrub fittingsfor new hires updating employee records in various systems and answeringphones.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ø Supports HumanResources processes by assisting in daily operations of the department

Ø Submitsemployee data reports by assembling preparing and analyzing data including birthday/anniversarylists new hire and termination reports licensure and certifications

Ø Maintainsemployee information by entering and updating employment and data changes

Ø Provides clericalsupport

Ø Answersthe telephone relays messages and maintains equipment and supplies

Ø Maintainsemployee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resourceinformation confidential

Ø Maintainsquality service by following organization standards

Ø Otherduties as assigned

Professional Requirements
