We are a fast-growing global reinsurance speciality company servicing the insurance markets of Lloyds Europe and North America.
We are seeking a Capital Actuary to join our London team reporting to the Head of Capital. This is a high-impact role supporting how the Group reports manages and optimises capital across Bermuda US and European regulated entities.

We are seeking a Capital Actuary to join our London team reporting to the Head of Capital. This is a high-impact role supporting how the Group reports manages and optimises capital across Bermuda US and European regulated entities.
Responsibilities
You will be key to capital modelling and regulatory reporting (BSCR SCR RBC) support business planning and strategic transactions and deliver clear capital insights to senior management and Boards. The role partners closely with Finance Risk Reserving Treasury and M&A teams contributing directly to capital optimisation deal structuring and growth initiatives.
Candidate requirements
Fellow of a recognised actuarial body (IFoA CAS)
5 years non-life/reinsurance experience with strong capital exposure
Deep knowledge of Bermuda EBS or Solvency II (BSCR/SCR)
Experience with regulatory submissions (QRTs ORSA/CISSA FCR/SFCR)
Commercially minded with strong communication and stakeholder skills
Advanced Excel proficiency
Contributing positively to our culture and values.
5 years non-life/reinsurance experience with strong capital exposure
Deep knowledge of Bermuda EBS or Solvency II (BSCR/SCR)
Experience with regulatory submissions (QRTs ORSA/CISSA FCR/SFCR)
Commercially minded with strong communication and stakeholder skills
Advanced Excel proficiency
