Job Summary
Seeking part-time professional! Flexible 25-30-hour per week work schedule. Were looking for an experienced office pro hotel property management and real estate industry is a plus. If you are a problem solver a clear communicator with leadership and organizational skills we would like to meet you. Willing to train the right applicant. We seek someone interested in overseeing the operations and personnel of a small housing community. - Resident relations
- Rent collections
- Obtain contractor bids and oversee work
- Project planning
- Enforcing community rules
- Move-ins and move-outs leasing activity
- Photo and video record site activity
- Keeping office well stocked and ordering supplies as needed
- Maintaining office equipment
- Oversee small maintenance staff
- Correspond with corporate office
- Over 2 years of prior office management experience or similar work experience in a related field
- Basic understanding of housing and yard maintenance or willingness to learn
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel
- Valid drivers license
- Able to source creative solutions to problems
- Forward thinking - able to prevent problems with proper planning
