Job Title:Regional Integration Lead for AMEA Enterprise Planning operations
Job Description:
Seeking a technically strong and hands-on professional to lead integration and data engineering activities within regional Planning applications environments. The candidate will be responsible for managing partner contractors who will directly report to him/her ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality delivery across multiple project streams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee contractors from partner organizations ensuring timely and effective task execution.
Manage integration activities across SAP systems and related applications including data migration cutovers and validation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of regional integration projects.
Apply Agile SAFe hybrid agilewaterfall methodologies to plan monitor and deliver project milestones.
Troubleshoot integration issues handle dependencies and ensure data quality and system stability.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to assess risks track progress and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Strong technical background in data engineering SAP integration and system migration.
Demonstrated experience managing contractor teams or offshore delivery partners.
Familiarity with Agile SAFe and waterfall project management principles.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on accountability and execution.
Hands-on exposure to working with multiple enterprise applications in a complex integration landscape.
