We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven industrial marketing professional to spearhead sales growth in Protection and Control; Telecommunication and Transformer Monitoring Brazils industrial sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing strategies coupled with deep market insights and exceptional client engagement skills.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Quarterly sales results of Protection and Control; Telecommunication and Transformer MonitoringSubstation of Brazil with such responsibilities:

  • To have deep knowledge in protection and control in industrial marketng (O&G; minning metal P&P and others) and to have a established customer portfolio;
  • Meet quarterly Orders targets through the development of opportunities in end-users ( Industries) and SPCS Integrators from early specification all the way through contract or orders signing.;
  • Prospect and articulate project opportunities in the assigned geographic area. Keep a detailed and updated project pipeline. Coordination with other GE units to increase pipeline;
  • To support technical strategy approach to win new customers to accept GE protection and control product solutions;
  • Good knowledge in protection relays control units DFR gateways SA protocols and products application in utilities and industrial markets;
  • Promote Digital Substation at end-user engineering companies EPCs service companies and other stakeholders;
  • Work as a Sales Channel Manager guiding Sales Representatives and Distributors in each region;
  • Participate provide leadership and be accountable for the technical and commercial offers prepared by the Tendering team and negotiate the cost with the manufacturing units;
  • Coordinate actions with Products Growth Leader for products strategy promotion workshops and pricing;
  • Demonstrate capability in coordinating discussions and approvals with different teams as Finance Technical Application Engineering Tax Legal and ComOpps;
  • Technical presentations development of the sales strategy in your geographic area and develop a strong customer relationship;
  • Coordinate opportunities approach and strategy with both the regional Account Managers and the P&L.;
  • Quality and consistency of the data introduced in companys Sales Force CRM;
  • Support of management on companys governance rhythm.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Automation & Controlling Engineering or other ones with electrical field of studies;
  • Robust experience in Automation and Protection of Substations;
  • Sales and Account management on Substations field;
  • Advanced in English and Portuguese;
  • Availability to travel (over 50% of the time);
  • Drivers License type B;
  • Ability to drive;
  • Preferably live in the state of São Paulo;
  • Minas Gerais Belo Horizonte and São Paulo (where the industries are located).
