At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
In Epic consulting at PwC you will specialise in providing consulting services for Epic software solutions. Your work will involve possessing in-depth knowledge of Epic applications and assisting clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis implementation training and support.
Enhancing your leadership style you motivate develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching leveraging team members unique strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 8 years of experience in Epic application support healthcare IT or consulting
- Experience managing large-scale managed services or application support engagements
- Experience overseeing SLA-driven delivery models
What Sets You Apart
- Masters Degree in Health Administration MIS Public Health or related field preferred
- Epic certification in relevant modules (e.g. Ambulatory Cadence ClinDoc Resolute MyChart Orders)
- Experience leading enterprise Epic support programs across multiple modules
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations regulatory compliance and reimbursement models
- Proven success managing distributed or global delivery teams
- Experience developing service dashboards KPIs and operational performance metrics
- Strong financial acumen in managing recurring revenue engagements
- Executive presence and strong client relationship management capability
- Demonstrated success in identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities within managed accounts
