Job Description:
Work directly with the founding team to solve high-priority problems across sales product and operations. You will shape GTM strategy support $4.5M seed-stage fundraising and lead hiring for a world-class engineering team. This is a high-intensity generalist role designed for future founders who want a front-row seat to building a category-defining company from the ground up.

What you will do:

  • Support talent acquisition and organizational growth by helping build and scale a high-performing engineering team.

The ideal candidate:

  • 12 years of experience in high-performance environments such as MBB consulting (McKinsey BCG Bain) or top-tier financial institutions.

  • Exceptional analytical rigor and organizational skills with the ability to operate effectively in early-stage startup environments.

  • Highly proactive mindset with a strong bias toward action and the ability to solve ambiguous problems without a predefined playbook.
