About the role:

• This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a growing Corporate team in Perth.
• You will lead complex M&A matters from start to finish including acquisitions disposals restructures shareholder arrangements joint ventures and broader strategic corporate advisory work.
• The role offers the chance to deepen existing client relationships win new work and build out your own practice with the support of an established national firm behind you.
• You will also play a key role internally mentoring lawyers shaping strategy and contributing to the continued growth of the broader Corporate offering.
• For the right person this is not just another Partner role. It is a chance to build a practice with real momentum.

The ideal candidate:

• Established Corporate M&A Partner or a senior lawyer on the cusp of Partnership with strong transactional credentials.
• Proven experience across complex M&A corporate structuring investments and commercial negotiations.
• Strong market profile and the ability to win work deepen relationships and spot growth opportunities.
• Commercial polished and entrepreneurial in approach.
• Looking for a platform with genuine energy ambition and room to build.
