Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys helping people and has strong organizational and communication skills.
What Youll Be Doing:
Answer incoming service calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments
Coordinate and manage daily service appointment calendars
Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up with customers as needed
Gather vehicle and service information to ensure appointments are scheduled accurately
Communicate clearly with service advisors and technicians to support efficient workflow
Provide friendly professional customer service on every interaction
Assist with outbound calls appointment reminders and service follow-ups
Maintain accurate customer records and appointment notes in the system
Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for every service customer
What Were Looking For:
Previous customer service call center or appointment scheduling experience preferred
Automotive dealership or service department experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication and phone skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage a high call volume
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindsetBasic computer proficiency and comfort working in scheduling systems
