What Youll Do

As a Service Advisor youll be the friendly face and trusted guide for our customers. Youll play a key role in creating a positive experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they drive away.

Greet customers warmly and document their automotive needs clearly and accurately
Perform walk-arounds and test drives to identify additional maintenance or repair needs
Provide detailed repair estimates and realistic completion timelines
Maintain open communication with technicians throughout the day
Administer warranties and verify payment methods
Keep customers informed and updated every step of the way
Review completed work with customers and ensure total satisfaction
Follow all Bowser safety policies and procedures
Help us maintain the highest level of Customer Satisfaction (CSI)

What Were Looking For

Were searching for someone who not only has experience but also shares our commitment to service and teamwork.

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience at an automobile dealership or independent repair facility
Sales experience and strong customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
ASE certification preferred
Professional appearance
Valid drivers license in good standing
Ability to lift 1025 lbs.
Ability to drive automatic and standard transmission vehicles preferred
