Position Detail:Sovah Health-Danville has an open search for a BC/BE Pediatrician to join an established busy practice in Danville Virginia - which has been providing care in the community for over 30 years!

• Hospital-employed

• Outpatient clinic inpatient pediatrics newborn nursery and delivery care

• Combined 97 years of service among the Pediatricians and Pediatric Nurse Practitioners

• 2023 saw 18000 patient visits

• Averaging 70 births/month

• 24/7 Nurse Triage Service:Dedicated nurse during clinic hours to answer parent questions and schedule same-day urgent needsAfter-hours reducing on-call burden

• Dedicated and enthusiastic staff withvery strongand supportive administration

• Lactation Consultant in the clinic to provide breastfeeding support

• Point of Care testing available:Flu/COVID/RSV- Sofia and Cepheid instruments availableStrep/MonoUrineLeadComplete Blood Count
