We are seekinga motivated hands-on Scrum Master with strong communication skills to guide Agile practices and ensure timely delivery across squads.
Your day-to-day mission:
Coach teams in Agile principles practicesand metrics
Collaboratewith the Product Owners to manage backlogs - with good data quality - and realign priorities if needed.
Identify and support in resolving team impediments
Facilitating squad ceremonies to support/develop/improve squad efficiency autonomy and cross-functional collaboration
Ensuring compliance to Euroclear way of working within the squad
Monitor performance to drive continuous improvement
Work closely with squad leads and promote team dynamicsand psychological safety
Actively participate in the Scrum Master community
What you need to have to succeed in this role:
More than 3years experience as Scrum Master
Strong stakeholder management with effective organization negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated servant-leadership mindset to deliver value effectively
Experience working with Agile methodology
Change management and facilitation experience
Establishes collaborative relationships that promote transparency trust and team cohesion
Strong communication skills in English
What makes you stand out
Proven experience as Scrum Master and/or agile coach
PSM1 or equivalent certification
Knowledge of tools like TFS Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
Technical expertise and experience in the financial industry
Stakeholder management with effective organization negotiation and conflict resolution skills
