What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees contractors and visitors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas warehouses offices parking areas and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazardous conditions for escalation to site leadership.
• Monitor access control points and verify identification badges and/or visitor authorizations; assist with vehicle and delivery check-in and route drivers to designated areas per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including alarms disturbances and medical calls and coordinate notifications to appropriate site contacts and/or public responders as directed.
• Document patrols incidents and daily activities in written and/or electronic reports; communicate key information during shift turnover and assist with follow-up actions per site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
